Communicators
They carry events from the alarm panel to the monitoring center over the Mesh network, with backup links.
CityMesh is our line of wireless communicators and alarm systems, designed exclusively for monitoring companies.
It was born in 2009 as the first Mesh communicator for alarm panels in Latin America and is now a complete system: our own panel, sensors, apps, platform and artificial intelligence.

Every installed CityMesh works as a smart repeater within the network, allowing the coverage area to expand naturally. That is why it is more than just a communicator: each device strengthens and extends the network without large radio infrastructure or a cellular SIM at every premises.
Events reach the monitoring center's receiver over the Mesh network and, when needed, over alternative links: Wi-Fi, Ethernet or cellular. If one path is interrupted, the network automatically chooses another.

CityMesh evolved alongside monitoring companies. Each stage added something the market needed.

Kairon and Maia work on CityMesh network data so the monitoring center can focus on what matters and users don't forget the basics.
Kairon · virtual operatorMore than 80% of alarm triggers are user mistakes. Kairon pre-processes events so the monitoring room can cut costs and improve service.
Maia · user assistantIt analyzes each situation to suggest predefined actions to the user. With their permission, it uses the phone's location to suggest arming when everyone has left and disarming on arrival.
