Deitres Cloud

One platform for all our networks

Deitres Cloud is the web platform used to manage CityMesh and AMIAR networks and devices.

It runs in any browser, with nothing to install, at cloud.deitres.com, and brings the operation of all our networks together in one place.

What you can do in Deitres Cloud

Each company sees its own network, with permissions based on each person's role: administrators, technicians and operators.

See the network

A map of every device, grouped by area, with its status, neighbors and link type.

Resolve incidents

Instantly detect offline devices, outages and faults, and act remotely to restore service.

Provide remote support

Commands to one or many devices, a real-time console and diagnostics without a site visit.

Automate with AI

Kairon and Maia are enabled and configured from the platform, company by company.

Electronic security

CityMesh in Deitres Cloud

For monitoring companies: the complete CityMesh network, its subscribers and technical support tools.

Artificial intelligence

Kairon and Maia, configured from the platform

Administrators enable artificial intelligence for their company and define how it works with each subscriber.

Kairon

Widespread power outage

If several devices in the same area report a power failure within a short interval, for example more than two within a 500-meter radius in 60 seconds, Kairon sends the monitoring center a self-handled event. Operators don't waste time on something that needs no human action.

Schedule control

  • Up to four arm and disarm times per day of the week.
  • WhatsApp reminders if the subscriber doesn't arm or disarm on time.
  • If there is no response after three attempts, the monitoring center can receive a service request.
Maia

Location-based suggestions

With each user's permission in the app, Maia compares their location with the panel's within a 200-meter radius. When everyone has left and the alarm is still disarmed, it suggests arming it; on arrival, it offers to disarm it.

Cascading alerts

  • The alert goes first to the user closest to the panel.
  • If they don't respond within five minutes, it moves on to the next one.
  • If Kairon's schedule control is active, Maia pauses to avoid duplicate messages.

Incidents and faults

Incidents resolved in minutes, not days

When something fails on the network, the platform shows it instantly and lets you act remotely. Field crews only go out when they need to, with the diagnosis already done.

Instant detection

Disconnected devices, devices with no neighbors and degraded links show up on the map in their status color, grouped by area.

Outages and last gasp

AMIAR meters report when they lose power, and Kairon recognizes widespread outages in a CityMesh area.

Tamper alarms

Cover opening and meter tampering arrive as events on the platform.

Remote diagnostics

Real-time console, commands to one or many devices and tracking of every response.

Remote actions

Meter disconnection and reconnection, device restarts and firmware updates without visiting the site.

Exact location

Terrain, map and Street View to reach the precise spot when a visit is needed.
