Patchy cellular coverage
Rural areas, basements, warehouses and neighborhoods where the signal doesn't reach or becomes congested at critical moments.
We develop and manufacture our own products for security and energy, designed to work where connectivity falls short.
Our specialty is making technology work in emerging economies: that's where most of the world's population lives, and that's where devices designed for other markets often fall short.

Electronic security and power distribution are very different businesses, but they share one challenge: poor or unstable connectivity. When a device loses communication, service degrades and operating costs rise, because someone has to be sent to the site.
On top of that, many companies in the region work with equipment that has become obsolete, such as devices that relied on 2G, or that was designed for countries with far better infrastructure than ours. Latin America has fewer than four internet-connected devices per person; the United States has more than twelve.
That's where we saw an opportunity: to develop a technology that meets the real needs of our region, and to build complete products on top of it.
Rural areas, basements, warehouses and neighborhoods where the signal doesn't reach or becomes congested at critical moments.
Every communication failure means a technician on the road, hours of work and customers waiting.
Expensive solutions, with licenses and subscriptions, that don't take into account what infrastructure is like in our countries.
We developed a technology that connects devices on a single network. Instead of relying on a cellular connection at every point, devices work together to relay information. As a result, communications are more stable, devices are operated remotely, and our customers make fewer field visits.
Performs its own function and also relays its neighbors' messages.
If a node fails, the information automatically finds another path.
A single point with internet access carries everything to the platform, where the network is managed.
We built each of our products on that same foundation. First CityMesh, for alarm monitoring companies; then AMIAR, for power utilities. What we learn in one line improves the other.

Wireless communicators and alarm systems for monitoring companies. Every installed device becomes a network repeater: coverage grows with each customer, without needing a cellular SIM at every site.

Energy meters with long-range Mesh communication for utilities and cooperatives. Data hops from meter to meter until it reaches a point with internet access, connecting homes, warehouses and rural properties that could not be connected before.
We make complete products, not standalone parts. That's why the entire cycle stays within Deitres: from the idea to supporting the installed network.
Half of our team works in R&D+i: radio frequency, electronics, firmware, software and data.
We design the hardware, firmware and software of every device with installation and field use in mind.
We manufacture our devices with our own quality processes and a supply chain we manage ourselves.
We support every network with Deitres Cloud, training, remote support and over-the-air updates.
Half of the team is dedicated to research and development. We work from Mar del Plata and Florianópolis, with customers in ten Latin American countries.
Meet the teamThe Mesh network, the radio module and the platform are our own developments. We don't rely on third-party communication components.
Every product starts from the real connectivity and infrastructure of Latin America, not from markets with far superior networks.
Research and development, manufacturing, platform and support in one company. We know how every piece works because we built it.
Devices are managed remotely and faults are detected instantly. That lowers operating costs and improves service quality.
We developed Latin America's first Mesh communicator in 2009 and have kept learning from every network installed since then.
An interdisciplinary team across Argentina and Brazil supports the installation, training and growth of every network.
Tell us what service you provide and what your network looks like. We'll show you how CityMesh or AMIAR can help.
