Citymesh in Brazil: Launch at Exposec São Paulo 2023

Citymesh is the first universal communicator with mesh technology for alarm panels in Latam. In 2020, a new version that integrates alarm panel functionality was launched. It is the only mesh alarm panel in the world.

Citymesh, Deitres Group's business unit specializing in Electronic Security, continues its strong global expansion with the official launch of the product in Brazil. Together with Distribuidora MPE, the brand's official representative in Brazil, the product was presented at Exposec São Paulo, held June 13–15.

At a 50 m² booth, we welcomed more than 1,000 visitors (over 150 alarm monitoring companies), who got to see the complete solution, which also
integrates home automation and comfort and lets camera AI detect motion and use it as a zone on the alarm panel.

The highlight for visitors was camera compatibility: cameras can be integrated into the system not only for viewing and control, but also as an alarm panel zone, so that detected motion triggers the panel.

Electronic security experts such as Jamil Hanjoura, in his Exposec analysis livestream, called Citymesh the breakout product of the fair. It has drawn a lot of attention and, although the official launch took place at Exposec, it has already been present in Brazil for over a year, with more than 100 monitoring companies already operating it.

“We are very proud to say that we were the only Argentine brand exhibiting at Exposec. It is very important for us to represent the country at an exhibition of such scale and importance. Brazil is a very dynamic market that offers many opportunities we need to know how to seize, and to do that we have to rise to the occasion: the product must meet high quality standards and market requirements, and our team must maintain excellence,” said Pablo Sebastián Varela, the company's Global Sales Manager.

With this launch, Citymesh is now available in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, Panama, Costa Rica and El Salvador, with global expansion plans for 2023 into Spain, Italy and the African continent.
